Leadership Philosophy
Vision Inspires.
Culture Delivers.
Strategy without the right culture is just a presentation. The CFO's role is to ensure both are real — not just on slides.
Servant Leadership.
My job is to remove obstacles, develop people, and make the team successful — not the other way around.
Unbossed Leadership.
Runs both ways. The team is accountable for results. The leader is accountable for creating the conditions that make results possible. A servant leader who is not serving is simply not leading.
Numbers point the way. Vision is what makes people want to walk.
Transparency and trust are not values you write on a wall. They are decisions you make under pressure.
Data informs. Judgment decides. Courage acts. All three are required.
The Story
Three decades.
Four continents.

Thirty-two years building and leading finance organisations across Turkey, Italy, Greater China, and the Middle East & Africa. Most recently, CFO for Novartis MEA — a $1.3B P&L across 19 countries. Before that, CFO Greater China with a $3B portfolio and a team of 5,000 people. Before that, transforming broken balance sheets in Italy and building teams that outlasted my tenure.

My leadership focuses on fostering transparency, accountability, and innovation. I have led high-performing finance teams across Switzerland, Turkey, Italy, China, and MEA — always with one conviction: the CFO's job is to enable the business to move with confidence, not to be the department that says no.

"Aethon was built on a simple belief: growing businesses deserve the same financial rigour as multinationals — without waiting until they can afford a full-time CFO."
